세션 등록 방법
1. 화면 상단의 “로그인”을 통해 회원가입하세요.
2. 매주 일요일 저녁, 튜터들은 각자의 주간 일정을 공개하며 등록 페이지를 통해 일정을 볼 수 있습니다. 아래쪽 메뉴에서 자녀의 학년을 선택하세요.
3. 세션에 등록하기 전에 자녀가 영어를 배울 수 있는 EAL 수업, 또는 아카데믹 과외가 필요한지 결정하세요. 어떤 유형의 세션이 필요한지 확인한 후 각 과목을 클릭하여 세션을 신청하세요. 많은 아카데믹 튜터가 영어과목도 담당하지만 주목적은 EAL 수업이 아닙니다. 아카데믹 튜터와 함께 EAL 세션을 예약할 경우 그 세션은 취소됩니다.
4. 과목이 선택되면 달력이 나타납니다. 세션을 받기에 가장 좋은 날짜를 선택하세요. 홈 화면에 나열된 날짜 범위에 대해서만 예약할 수 있습니다.
5. 날짜를 선택하면 가능한 시간이 표시됩니다. 튜터링 세션을 받기에 가장 편리한 시간을 선택하세요.
6. 시간이 선택되면 해당 시간에 가능한 튜터가 표시됩니다. 함께하고 싶은 튜터를 선택하고 예약양식의 질문에 답한 후 세션에 최종등록하세요. 튜터에 대한 자세한 내용은 튜터 탭에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
7. 세션이 확인되면 세션 정보가 포함된 확인 이메일을 받게됩니다. 또한 언제든지 계정에 로그인하여 신청된 세션정보를 볼 수도 있습니다.
8. 세션은 모든 컴퓨터 또는 아이패드와 같은 휴대용 장치에 다운로드 할 수 있는 ZOOM 앱을 통해 진행됩니다. 세션이 등록되면 튜터는 귀하의 정보가 담긴 이메일을 받게 되고, 개인적 연락을 통해 더 자세한 ZOOM 정보를 받으실 수 있습니다. 또한 이 페이지의 “중요사항”까지 참고하시면 좋겠습니다!
Step 1:
Create an account via the Log in tab at the top of the page.
Step 2:
Each Sunday, tutors update their weekly schedules. Go to the "Register" page and select your (or your child’s) grade level from the dropdown.
Step 3:
Choose between EAL tutoring (for English language learners) or academic tutoring.
Note: Academic tutors may teach English, but not for language learning. Booking an EAL session with an academic tutor will be canceled.
Step 4:
Select a subject. A calendar will appear. Select a date that works best for you.
Note: You can only book one week at a time.
Step 5:
Pick a time slot from the available options.
Step 6:
Choose a tutor, complete the booking form, and confirm your session.

Step 7:
You’ll receive a confirmation email and can view your bookings in your account.
Step 8:
Your tutor will get your information and reach out to arrange the session.
Note: Sessions are held via Zoom, which can be downloaded on laptops or tablets. Don’t forget to check the “Important Notes” section below.
중요사항
각 세션은 튜터의 개인 교육 스타일을 기반으로 진행된다는 점을 기억해주세요! 세션에 신청한 후 질문이 있는 경우 튜터에게 직접 연락해야 합니다.
튜터가 특정한 숙제를 검토하거나 함께 책을 읽기 원하시면 미리 사본 (사진이나 PDF) 또는 책 이름을 보내주세요. 또한 인터넷에서 책의 PDF를 찾을 수 없는 경우, 읽고 싶은 장의 사진을 준비하여 수업할 수 있도록 해야합니다.
Please remember that each of the sessions are run based off of the personal teaching styles of the Helpers! If you have already booked a session and have a question, you must contact the Helper directly as it is most likely that only they will be able to answer your question. If you wish to have the Helper review a specific worksheet or read a specific book with your child please send them a copy of the sheets (picture or PDF) or the name of the book ahead of time. If they cannot find a PDF of the book online you may need to send them pictures of the pages you want read so they can follow along.

우리 튜터들은 여러분과 함께하게 되어 매우 기쁩니다! 세션 등록시 다음 지침을 따르시기 바라고 이를 지키지 않을 경우 세션이 취소될 수 있으므로 주의 깊게 읽으시길 바랍니다.
1. 우리의 목표는 최대한 많은 학생들이 세션에 참여할 수 있도록 하는 것입니다. 등록은 주당 최대 2개의 세션으로 제한해주세요.
2. 튜터 시작하기 24시간 이내에 등록할 수 없습니다.
3. 일부 튜터는 학교숙제 없이 학생을 가르칠 수 있습니다. 그러나 흥미롭고 재미있는 세션을 위해서는 많은 준비가 필요합니다. 학교숙제 외의 것을 배우는 세션을 찾고 계신다면 선택한 튜터가 맞지 않을 수도 있습니다.
4. 각각의 튜터는 자신에게 편안한 연령그룹과 과목을 표시했습니다. 세션이 이러한 사양을 벗어나 예약된 경우 튜터는 세션을 수락하지 않을 수 있습니다. 여기에는 아카데믹 튜터와의 영어 세션 예약이 포함되며 그 반대의 경우도 마찬가지입니다.
5. 여기에서 “노쇼 정책” 을 주의 깊게 검토하시기 바랍니다.
Our tutors are so excited to work with you! We ask that you follow these guidelines when registering for a session. Please read them over carefully as breaking from the guidelines may result in the cancelation of your sessions. 1. Our goal is to make these sessions available to the most amount of students. Please limit registration to a maximum of 2 sessions per student per week. 2. You may not register for a session with less than 24 hours notice. 3. Some, but not all of our tutors, are happy to spend a session with you/your child teaching without guidance from school worksheets. However, unstructured sessions take a lot of preparation in order to make fun and engaging. If you are looking for an unstructured session (one without school work given from a teacher) your chosen tutor may not be able to accommodate. 4. Tutors have indicated what age groups and subjects they feel comfortable tutoring. If a session is booked outside of these specifications the tutor may choose to not accept the session. This includes booking English language learning sessions with an academic tutor and vice versa. 5. Please carefully review our "No Show Policy" here.
